UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35, £2.49 for orders £15-£34.99, and £3.99 for orders under £15. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive.

EU Delivery Standard delivery to EU countries is £10.00. Enjoy free shipping on EU orders over £75. Please allow 7–14 working days for delivery.

US & Canada Delivery Standard international delivery to the US and Canada is £25.00. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £250. Please allow 14–21 working days for delivery.

Rest of World International delivery outside the UK, EU, US, and Canada is £40.00. free shipping on orders over £500 Please allow 14–21 working days for delivery.

Customs & Duties For all orders outside of the UK, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our shipping rates and cannot be predicted or covered by Candy's Crystals.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that tracking may not be available for all destinations.
